1. Business Sentiment

“How do you feel about your business this month?”

Running a small business can be a rollercoaster experience. In an ideal world, we would see a continual upward trend of improving sentiment – in reality it’s not that simple. This question helps us to understand the impact of our services, the work the client does, as well as exogenous shocks.

2. Value For Money

“Are we giving you value for money?”

To help clients answer this question we do two things. First, our services make it easy to measure business performance and see increases in turnover and net profit. Second, we report the hours and minutes worked each month, the effective hourly rate, and how this compares to all our other clients.

3. Service Effectiveness

“How effective are our services?”

This direct question is designed to get to core of why our service exists. Simply working hard, or putting in the hours is not enough. We must deliver tangible bottom-line results for clients, come rain or shine.

4. Repeat Purchase

“How likely are you to continue with our services?”

Our services are delivered on a pay-as-you-go basis, with no tie-ins. We encourage clients to ‘vote with their feet’, and work with us only when they feel it is beneficial. This question helps us to gauge how beneficial our clients feel our services are.
